I&F McCann Grupa – the most successful agency network at BalCannes

Agencies within the I&F McCann Grupa had the most works, 6 in the top 25 projects, at the regional advertising showcase BalCannes. For the first time, a jury of journalists gave out an award for The Best Project to the McCann Beograd’s Lav kokice (Lav Popcorn) campaign.

"The award for our Lav kokice (Lav Popcorn) campaign is an award for innovative creativity, toying with media and a unique communication experiment which we don't get to see very often in our everyday work“, says Jana Savić Rastovac, the Creative Director of McCann Beograd and adds: „We had almost everything in our product, the bag of Lav popcorn: direct communication with the consumer, PR announcement, POS promotion and a call to try the product. This is an award for our agency’s strive to explore the boundaries of the known, and to create new and bolder means of communication for our clients”.

UM Beograd is the only media agency whose campaign Coca – Cola Simply Tastly App was among the 25 best campaigns.

“The Tastly campaign has made extraordinary results because we understood the moment which is crucial to the consumers, the media, during which we constantly measured and followed our performance”, emphasizes Biljana Kolaković, the Regional Director of UM agency and adds: “This campaign is the best example of the integration of data and technology for the purpose of making results. We are very proud of our long-term cooperation with Coca-Cola with which we have been creating successful campaigns for years”.

Apart from these two, three campaigns from McCann Zagreb / Fahrenheit’s and one McCann Skopje, who are operates within the I&F McCann Grupa, were also among the top 25 campaigns.

At this year’s BalCannes, the regional advertising showcase which is held during the Weekend Media Festivala in Rovinj, there were a record 57 agencies from five southeastern European countries.
